I think my most memorable bit was running from the pigs after the botched attempt to break into the Bureau HQ, completely with constant complaints from me that I couldn't stop to kill anything...very annoying, that was.

Didn't the Osokans and Arnians go to war in fictiony RPG land?

Not as such but one of the many issues that led to Jedi intervention on Lanzar was the Osokan habit of targetting such species.

Would it have been possible to see records of how the Jedi took the City?

I wonder if Lanzar has any belltowers. If they do, Osokans probably toss things off of them to see if they can hit anything...
