There are multiple possible endings, definitely.
Andro's view of what happens if he kills Sienar is rose-tinted, though. His own death would not end the outcry, as the questions for Roan and the Jedi Council range from "Why didn't you stop him?" (and no-one will bellieve that Roan and Jelena couldn't) to "Why did you send him at all if it was clear he was so unbalanced?", which would be an enormous scandal and a massive betrayal of the trust the Council placed in Andro.
But Sienar is happy to talk this over further... he has some particular words for Andro... and some general ones explaining why you cannot stop him.
