This has been an interesting conversation I must say. 😛

And yes Xavier would have force jumped 😄

Ugh, Jelena is totally down for the count and she's not even hurt! But I did get Kathya, I suppose.

Oh don't worry, it is pretty dangerous where you are too.

I have a feeling that electrified force field is just the beginning.

...and for some reason I laughed at that.

Ah, I think Roan made a mistake. He probably should have chosen what is good against Sienar's strengths, rather than weaknesses.

It's generally a sign that you've made a mistake when Ush stops and goes "are you sure?", yeah 😛

Yeah, I meant that might have been the mistake 😛

His reasoning might be perfectly sound. I just want to check that all is understood.

Just from my experience with the system (since it does not seem to have changed significantly), you want to aim for moves that will counter what your opponent is best with.

However, I don't want to give advice because I want to watch this play out on its own...

But cannot your opponent use his weaker moves to surpise you?

By the way, are Rand`s students in Rianna`s current Retrospection game Gallador and Tanic, Rex?

Lana asked me the same question. No, it is not them. If they had joined up with Rand at this point, they are away performing other tasks for their new master.

And yes, but that's a gamble, using the stat you are worst with. Especially if you are a degenerate cripple like Sienar. I imagine he has the stat set-up of a Revenant.

How was Roan`s score againt Sienar in sabre duel first round 14? His strenght is 4, Lightsabre skill 4 and gets one for normal strenght move, right?

I specified sabre skill as used in battle, which is 9.

So if Sienar was a standard Revenant, he may have an Agility 1, Strenght 4, Dexterity 4 and Lightsabre 5. But he is an advanced Revenant, so his Lightsabre could well be 6, (Strenght 3 and Dexterity 5) which means Roan is in trouble....

Though his physical condition could be worse, as well.

It's getting pretty tense for Gallagher. His story is done; he's on a final conundrum to consider that will time out when Roan is finished. He's had a while to think, but time is now very short.

He has to make the choice between light and darkness, right?

Yes, but he's committed to Darkness unless he really understands what is causing it.
