It was harder from the start as, really, you should have sent out your least damaged to clear the area first, though it was harder to tell from the off that this was the best tactic.

But I never imagined you would place yourselves so that all of you- wounded or otherwise- are facing the maximum possible firepower.

😛 I'm probably sounding like an ass. It's a case of the drowsy irritableness I swear! 3:30 am and I had work today. I'm really a nice guy! Honest!

Yeah we were silly there, but we didn't really know what we were up against. Honestly I expected there to be walkers and the like.

Hard to hide those.

Hah!

In Matrix I tended to make up a list of things we ****ed up upon finishing an assignment. I was not always nice in doing so. And us Darkies have something of an "eat our own" attitude in terms of screwing things up. So you didn't sound bad at all to me 😛

You could totally disguise them as trees! 😄

Well then! That's good to know. 😛

Obviously the Zaari are the trump card for the bad guys here.

But honestly, they were supposed to be the only complication. You could have killed those ten southern yeomen (and their pretty meagre reinforcements) before the ten to the west were in a firing position- they were covering the bridge and could not get good shots onto the open area. Thea was going to take care of the emplacements for you (the Yeomen are effectively genetically incapable of shooting at her). This one has gone completely bent.

Another thing I've learned over nearly 7 years of playing his games on here - very rarely does Ush say anything that's meaningless in a game thread. So pay attention to things 😛

(not that we're not guilty of missing things ourselves (we do a lot), but we've definitely learned the hard way that comments are rarely unimportant.)

You know, I just got a creepy feeling. These fights have that whole 'Destinies intertwined' feeling with Initiatives shared on both threads... and it's at this point that the Jedi start failing as a team and the Dark Siders have got their stuff more or less together. Or at least that's how it looks like so far. Maybe I'm just being silly.

Oh, we've really only got the team thing going right now because it's a literal position of "do so or die". Some of us are less than pleased about it, haha.

Hah! Ha! Oh you silly Dark Siders and your constant plotting to kill each other. Will there ever be an end to it? 😛

...once people are dead?

😛

Of course, while his words have meaning, they're often just as likely to be red herrings as actual helpful info.

...have fun!

The pheasant has no agenda.

Chirp chirp.

Also I am quite surprised and amused. We're actually doing really well and not having initiative worked better for us than it would have had we won that this turn. Go Darkies.

I have learned from years of experience to never, ever trust pheasants. Quail perhaps, never pheasants.

Oh my god we're going to die...

What is Wall Walking?

Wall Walking is a schtick that Kara Katai has that allows her to walk on any surface, and it gives her +2 Parry against everything.

I.....I want it 😐
