I got the Fifty Shades of Gray books...

Oh dear god those are such trainwrecks 😂

(I got halfway through the first one out of curiosity, it was so bad I couldn't go any further. So obvious it started out as Twilight fanfic.)

They're not the greatest but they're still fun! So long as I get mental pictures that I like and am not totally bored with a book, that's okay.

I got some clothes, homemade cookies and other treats, a figure of Ezio from Revelations (thus completing my "Assassin ages and dies" collection), and the Dark Knight Trilogy on DVD.

Peach got me an iPod Touch, which has been the best present of all of them. 😄

I put undying devotion for Rand on my list. Did you all get that for me?

I do see "Death to Rand" on there, though.

And yes, I win at all things 😄

Just FYI, I will be completely out of contact for the next two weeks as I will be in Europe. I will have some limited access the week after, and then in three weeks I'll be back to normal-ish.

For purely scholastic reasons I have already studied those works, in a detached, intellectual manner. Oh yes.

Hoping to move things on with a bit more pace soon! I like the modern-day technology irony that Roan can't submit moves to me when he'll be about fifty miles away but can when he is thousands.

Sorry about no Sithmas- things are so much more difficult these days! The anti-holiday armies of the Sith are staying quiet as they plan their next moves, I suspect.

I am keen to get on, because there are a couple of moments in the current storylines that should have some of you shouting...

I'm dragging my feet on Retro updates because I'm entering an incredibly busy semester at school (7 classes!) and currently helping train three new employees at work (meaning we're generally understaffed).

I'll hop to it as soon as I can. For now, I'm keeping up with Ush's game.

That's okay REXXXX, it's not like some of us aren't completely dropping the ball on progressing our participation in said Retro games. I only have two jobs distracting me, so I'm feeling particularly sheepish about it. 😛

The ball I'm dropping is bigger, so there. 😛
