Yakov followed silently. He had put his helmet back on before exiting the catina. it was obvious he was looking at the ground. He was beginning to think he was more of a nuisance to everyone else.

Pat's Yakov on the back. "you have some self esteem problems bud," I joke. "keep your head up and ready. I still think we're in for a fight, and we'll need you."

"Yeah, you can stand in front of me...Fighting really isn't my specialty. I'm a lover, not a fighter."

Wispers quietly to Yakov. "Thats obvious, this powder puff couldn't kill a mynock."

Tanon chuckles,
"I also have good hearing...Not that it matters..."

Yakov looked at the two. Then says to Tanon. "A lover? Please who would want you?" he played it off. He looked ahead. The sick feeling was getting stronger as they moved forward.

"I wouldn't expect a changer to understand...Say, you feelin alright? You're walking a little wobbly."

Yakov literally shook it off. "I might be a little under the weather, and what do you mean you wouldn't expect me to understand." he playfully elbows Tanon in the side.

(You do know that Tanon is a dude, right? Well, I guess a changer doesn't HAVE to be a he 😉 )

"Ah, you can be anything you want. Ugly or beautiful so you wouldn't understand or truely charish someone that is handsome or pretty. For humans, it gives us a strange feeling in the pit of our stomach when we see someone beautiful. You take it for granted."

Yakov busted out laughing. "I'm sorry but you are wrong about me in that aspect." he said. "I don't shift forms to get someone beautiful to like me." he said. "That would be degrading."

"Enough Crap, we got our information, now we leave."
*I stride out the door, muttering under my breath*
"Ametures"

Yakov didn't say anything. His slitted eyes narrowed on the man that walked passed them. He felt a sudden rise of anger but ignored it. He looked to Xornon and Tanon.

Narrows his eyes. "Ametures? Well excuse us for having a friendly conversation. Sorry everyone can't be stiffs like you and like to converce to lighten the mood."

Yakov gave a small snort of laughter. He stopped hoping that the "stiff" wouldn't be offended then start a fight.

He doesn't even fully understand what you're doing, so there's no need to kill him. Plus, you don't want to attract too much attention. Killing somebody for no apparent reason (to everyone else in the place, anyways) would certainly do just that.

You go back through town to the only spaceport. Sure enough, you find several large container ships sitting there. The pilot, in fact, is firing up the engines right now. You'd better hurry up and get aboard before he takes off!

Yakov runs toward the ship just barebly making it.

Tanon strolls onboard.
