DR's game--Episode I: Alliances

He leads you outside, to the edge of the complex, and about a hundred yards into the forest. After a short walk, you reach a large domelike structure made of heavy steel. Nearby, attached to a big tree, he shows you a control panel of some kind. It is locked.

"Guys maybe we should look for a door into the giant structure and also can anybody unlock this control panel??"said Falcon while his eyes on the dome like structure

There is no "door"--it is not a building. You should look for some clues as to what it is, however.

Tanon inspects the general area...(Can you give us any more details?)

*Looks to the Gran*
*Points to the control panel*
"Can you break it?"

Falcon starts to inspect every inch of the structure including whats near it if theres any safe doors or if there is any wires.

It really doesn't look like much. It's a large, dark gray steel dome, perhaps some 150 feet high. At regular intervals, panels have been welded together, as is to be expected for a structure this size. There is a single, thick metal tube running from the ground to the top that is flush to the dome--the type that usually contains power cords. The control panel is unmarked, except for a small "Santhe/Sienar Industries" logo etched in the sheet of metal covering it.

"Not unless you have a hammer and a chisel," Xerdon replies, examining the nearly seamless construction.

"Jedi, why dont you do something useful and cut through that plating so we can have litte look see inside eh!" Boolan suggests. He's getting quite irrate somethigs bugging him but he doesnt know what.

(SuperSayinGoku are you a dark jedi?)

Falcon (supersayingoku) is not a true dark Jedi--no force users in this game are. However, he may be leaning more towards the dark than the light, I don't know.

Falcon smiles and then takes out his lightsaber and stabs it into the plating and made a circle door.

You get most of the door off, however, due to your lack of force ability, you find it difficult to control your lightsaber. You, by no fault of your own, thrust the saber too deep into the box, effectively rendering the controls useless. Though, on closer inspection, there wasn't much to control anyways. A couple of power regulators and an on/off switch--which is in the off position. If this is indeed the tractor beam that was pulling you in, that would explain why you didn't have any trouble coming in this time.

Oh this thing is not a building. Im pretty sure we all thought it was a building.

ok now i just feel stupid...

"How about where this thing is welded together...Can you cut that open?"

Ahh were the thing is welded together??

That won't be of much use. All you'll see is a bunch of unidentifiable mechanical componants, more than likely. For now, you can only speculate as to what it is.

Hint: there is an Imperial EU ship that uses something very similar to this. I mentioned it when you were first being pulled down to the planet.

Falcon sat down and said "Cant we leave?I feel unsafe"

Interdictor cruiser? What about it?

That's right. Now, think carefully, what does an Interdictor cruiser do?

(I'm trying to let you figure out what it is... Forgive me if you've already figured it out and I'm missing something...)
