What's the deal with this guy? What was all the hype about, really?

their were two of them i forget their real names what happend is they did not sing on the records the producers had some one else sing and the they lipsinked it when they were on tour there is only one alive now cuese the other one killed himself

oh, and they threatened to kill arsenio hall after he first made the lip synching allegation
they later recorded an album with their own voices and songs written by them to "weed out the true fans". I don't think they found any.

Another interesting thing is that they were promoted as "Nilli Vanilli" on the Adventures of Super Mario Bros. 3" cartoon.
