The Masque of the Red Death

So, I'm watching this old Vincent Price flick right now on Dish Net. It's really fantastic! I'm not sure what it's about, because it's just sort of on in the background, but it's quality! The sets are extravagant, and the scenes are very avant guard for a film from 1964! All I know is that there are a lot of little people, and I could swear Jim from Taxi is in it.

Oh yeah, 😬 has anybody seen this?

Actually, it's getting really cheezy. I dont think I'd recommend this movie to anyone. Well, I don't know.

wasnt this an old play or something... im thinking poe maybe?

Masque of the Red Death is based on one of Edgar Allen Poe's works. Director Roger Corman took many of Poe's works and made them into movies. Note that Corman has made some cheesy movies probably explaining the cheesiness of Masque of the Red Death. Vincent Price plays a devil worshipper in this one. It is often on the Encore Mystery Channel (I think it is the Encore Mystery channel. It is part of the mystery channel in Comcast's premium channels on digital cable). I would actually recommend this as it has VINCENT PRICE in it. You can never go wrong with Mr. Price!

Agreed nor anything with Cushing or Lee.
