how in the hell do you get a pic of your desktop.

See the key on your keyboard to the right of "F12" and above "Insert", when viewing your desktop press that once. Open up Paint and hit Ctrl+V on your keyboard, that copies the Print Screen to your pallet. Now just save it. I use Imageshack to upload since KMC makes large images small. 😠
