IF that was a legit question, yes, it can be done.
To do it in windows...
ctrl+alt+left arrow or right arrow key.
To put it back, ctrl+alt+up arrow
If you have more than one monitor, like myself, put your cursor on the monitor you want to rotate.
Some people have one high rez monitor flipped upright for webpages and the other monitor normal for apps and everything else.
