Ancient Egypt: On the Nile

"Thanks." Zafira said. "The problem is now I need to find a place to stay. I was hoping maybe you knew someone who would let me stay until I can get my own place."

After Tamkley ate he got into his room and changed to poor looking robes. Tamkley had survived a backstab... God helped him... The only problem was his favorite Templa was a one which was not royal. If anybody sees him, Then they would tell Ramses. WHo would kill Tamkley... Tamkley headed off throu the village his head in the hood as he came to the Temple. He went in and took off the hood.

"There is this man who helps at the temple. He's running a sort of boarding house. I'm sure you could find a room that he would lend you," said Yuma as she finished pouring water into the cup.

Zafira nods. "Thanks, Yuma." she says smiling. "It'll take me a while to get use to this."

Tamkley saw Zafira as he suddenly put his hood on. There were very few peaple who knew him, who went to this temple... Tamkley came up to the donation corner which was fully empty and put in a bag of gold into it. Tamkley then came up to The God Of Sun as he crouched down on his knees and started to prey something.

Zafira watches a man pray to the god of the sun. "I know I shouldn't say it in a temple. But it must be nice to believe in gods."

"I have to worship the gods to obtain a higher rank in the temple system," said Yuma. She went over to collect the donation coins and put them in a big gold jar, that was filled with similar coins.

Zafira looked at Yuma. "Yeah, well, I ope you achieve the highest rank for such devotion."

Suddenly two kids stormed out of the entrance door and accedently bashed Tamkley, Making Tamkley fall and his hood fell off.

Zafira gasped. she couldn't believe he was there. She turned to Yumma and acted like she hadn't seen the incident. It was obvious he hadn't wanted his presence known.

Who the hell is Tamkley? I don't remember any of these people...

Tamkley turned his head around to see that Zafira noticed him. "Oh well.. Might as well take it off... As long as nobody from the royal high branches of Egypt are not in here..." muttered Tamkley to himself as he took off the robes to reveal his royal suit.

"No, just an ordinary priestess and thanks for saying that Zafira. I hope to do just that someday," said Yuma. Her footsteps echoed on the floor of the temple as she sidled over to where Tamkley stood.

"Ergh.. Hello... My names Tamkley" said Tamkley to Yuma wondering why she slided up to him.
