Why do 1960's cartoons always have more appeal than today's cartoons for most, I ask ya? Despite Spider-Man webslinging from the clouds, high above the tallest buildings, the reused backdrops and repeated swinging scenes, I find the 60's Spider-Man great entertainment.
Exactly! Looking back at that other Spiderman cartoon from 1994 it feels that the 67 version was more appeling.
I just can't get enough of that theme song.
And the character voices are so much more vicious and wicked sounding then today. I don't know what they did to get them that way. Who knows. I feel so nostalgic right now. 🙂 They had this same energy when they did the 1980's MOTU voices, with the echo I mean with Skeletor and He-Man, to make them sound more powerful.
