You can't question anyone why they love a certain thing or person. If you don't like them, fine. This is a thread for those who likes them anyway. But if you really want to know the reason, then read them from the first page of this thread. Or watch the movies again or read the books to realize how cool they are compared to other Uruks and Orcs.
