there's a shovel at the top of the hill in the graveyard. Before you go into the tomb of the guy who's armor is missing...turn left, slash away the thorn Bush and pick it up from the chest.
by this time in the game you should have EVERY Ancient Weapon in the game.
The Solis is the best, IMO, but I beat the whole game just using a bow and arrow. Bow of Skorn + multi-arrow rules...

I don't have ANY ancient weapons. I have a few Master weapons, and that's it, I wouldn't know where to get the ancient weapons.. Besides, it's more fun when it's a challenge.

wait...did you go down to the hobb cave and save him?
if you did, all you have to do is bring him back, then he runs away from her and your mission is complete.
Also, give the demon door chocolates or some gift and it will open for you. And there is a dirt mound surrounded by flowers that you can dig up and get a silver key.
