on a sidenote, i'm astonished how you two cats are the hip hop fans that you are at the ages you are. i think its great that there are young cats like you, you are the ones that will keep the culture alive. keep up the good work.

Hip-hop has been good to me.I started listenin when I was 5.My brothers and cousins would listen to Big Daddy Kane, Rakim, a Tribe Called Quest, Public Enemy, Run DMC, BDP, ect ect everyday.They had their own little rap group and would let me on some songs for fun.So I grew up around hip-hop and love it very dearly.
i started listening to hip hop about the age of 6. i was influenced by my cousins. i remember i use to listen to Coolio- Gangsta's Paradise sooo much. 😂 good times. its weird how my cousins started listening to Rakim, Run DMC, Public Enemy etc etc and all of a sudden shifted to listening to rappers like Chingy! 🙁 they about 9 years older than me so i guess they like that kind of music...but ill stick to what i listen to.
