Great music to chill out to. 😮‍💨
I'd already heard Forged and Rainy day but the track I'm really diggin at the moment is Hardfall, this cat is seriously talented.
Thanks Eraserhead for putting me onto this dude. 👆

Now a questions for you guys, I've got enough money to get 2 albums off the of P&C website. What do you recommend? I definitely want to get a John Smith album, but which is the best out of Blunderbus and Pinky's Laundromat? I remember the good Dr recommending Fermented Reptile - Lets just call you quits, but i wasn't blown away by the track the Eraserhead posted a while back - Letters never sent. So help me spend my money guys. Thanks.

I heard the new Zion I album is good

Dare Iz a Darkside or Muddy Waters

cant decide

Thanks for your input guys, i really respect your opinions. I certainly dont mind the political lyrics of Fermented Reptile it was more the production when compared to that genius McEnroe. I'll definitely get the Blunderbus and Parklike albums and when some more money comes my way I'll get Fermented Reptile. I'm also gonna get Roots Manuva - Awfully Deep and Blackalicious - The Craft off amazon. God bless birthdays!
💃

Excellent choices and happy birthday bro!

I can see why. They're both really good albums.

maybe you should skip Fermented Reptile, i guess its a bit of a dry album.

^^Yah, I sort of feel guilty about disliking a song with incredible lyrics but mediocre production. But then I think it IS music after all, you need something behind the lyrics or its not music.

For hardcore mcenroe fans the production is great because 1. it's good and 2. it's mcenroe coming into his own. It's not as good as his production after this (Fermented) album, but you can see he was on his way to crafting the perfect beat. The Fermented album and the Ethnics EP are mcenroe in his rawest form. But again, if you're just getting into his music, I guess you might want to hear some of his later work... then come back to this album to see where he really got started.

Blunderbus and Friends4Ever are mcenroe's breakout albums as far as production goes. Then he went OFF on the Gruf album. came out of nowhere with amazing production we hadn't heard from him at that point.

My top 5 albums with mcenroe production are:

1) John Smith - Blunderbus or, "in Transit"
2) mcenroe - Billy's Vision
3) Gruf - Druidry
4) Pip Skid - Friends4Ever
5) Park-Like Setting - School Day 2, Garbage Day 4

The problem is there's so many albums i want to get that i know i'll like the lyrics and production. What would be perfect would be if i won one of those competitions where you get a shopping cart and 5 minutes in a music store to grab what you can. 😱
I'm sure i'll check out Fermented Reptile somewhere down the line but my wanted list is growing everyday and i've only got like 5% of it. 🙁

Shopping cart comps rule. 😄
Does anyone know if Buck 65 and Josh Martinez have done any collabs? It just occurred to me while listening to Buck up princess that they would sound great together.

i dunno, but i've read reviews that people were saying he's Buck 65 and Josh Martinez is the same person. it's not true, even though they are both from Canada (i think) and they have the same weird voice.

they should collab 👆
