I'd have to say right now Illogic does that for me, i heard the track 1st Trimester the other night and it gave me goosebumps the lyrics were so vivid. Also Hate in a puddle is another one of Illogic's tracks that stays with me long after its finished.

MF Doom. I don't know why I like him so much though, it's unexplainable. The subtly of his voice and lyrics. I don't know.

Agreed. He uses a lot of silly words and it still make sense. Lickupon is a good example.

I would say El-P as of right now, the guy is just an amazing lyricist. illogic would come in a close second.
