Wow MF D00m you have more cd's than I could name.

I wish I could add my whole collection, but they (guzzlefish) are missing A LOT of hip-hop CD's that I own.

Here's a new Ras Kass interview.

How long did it take you to collect all those? I mean you must of spent thousands of dollars on cd's.

What did Ras Kass go to jail for? Just DUI?

Hockey, do you know any sites like Guzzlefish? I made an account there, but it's missing a lot of titles.

Anywho, here's my collection:

That's just my Hip-Hop collection, and they are all retail CD's. NOT CD-R's.

I'd love to see Hockey's as well as everybody else's collections too. It would be pretty cool to check out what everybody has.

Jesus, thats like the definitive hip-hop library.

Here's mine, it's not completed yet (I have about 100 still to add, and about another 100 that aren't actually listed on the website). You'll have to dig around a little to find the hip-hop stuff, but yeah.

And yes, I did name myself after the sword-maker in Kill Bill. I'm a geek, deal with it 😛

i think it was just DUI.

but on the Qn5 forums, Tonedeff is thinking about signing Ras Kass.

thats pretty good, cuz Ras Kass would sound great on Kno beats.

The only type of music that you like is hip-hop?

I've been buying CD's since I was 12, so I've had some time to stack up. I really started to buy albums more when I started buying online. It says how much I've spent on Guzzlefish, but honestly I don't wanna know.

That's just my Hip-Hop collection

"That's just my Hip-Hop collection", as in those are just my Hop-Hop CD's and not all of the music I own. Who only listens to one genre of music? C'mon now.

did anyone get the Juice album yet?

i listened to some of it...and i can say that lyrics aren't as good as Tip of the Iceberg or Listen to the Words.

hopefully its not too "mainstream"

So, what do we think of the new Mos Def?..."The New Danger"

It's pretty much all I've been listening to, cuz I'm hooked. imo, it's one of the most eclectic pieces of hip-hop out lately.

The sound ranges all over the place...

I agree.

It's growing on me. I was listening to it earlier in the whip.

I d/l it, but haven't given the whole album a listen. I will soon though, JUICE is dope.

Great collection DB. Thanks for the info. Wish there were more sites to choose from, but Guzzlefish will have to do.

i listened to the Mos Def, but it never really grew on me. i prefered Black on Both Sides.

i d/led MF Doom- Enter The 36 Chambers of Doom

ima give it a listen later

I still haven't listened to the new danger but I heard it was pretty bad.

i didn't like Talib Kweli- Beautiful Struggle

Yeah I heard bad things about that one too. Sucks cause I like him 🙁

i like both Mos Def and Talib Kweli, but their last albums weren't that good.

Well Mos only has two albums, but New Danger isn't for everybody. Limited minds definitely wont appreciate it.
