No, no the gryffindors are suppose to propose a cahlennge, I think in two days or so. But, ITs magic, you could perhaps propose a female prefect now, (if you are a male or not , then the oposite). I don't remember who was the slytherin's female prefect???

I don't remember either, but seeing as Raven is online a lot, perhaps she (you are female, r u not?) could be the other prefect, if the other slytherin's agree.
