Oh okay ermmhappy

Tahdah. This is the one im starting. I only wrote 2 chapters, gonna write more later.

"I can't live like this anymore, Jesse!" Lucy screamed in frustration. The Apartment was a mess. She tried to walk into the living room with out tripping over trash or ripped clothes. He sat there, his eyes glued to the TV as he reached for another beer.
Lucy would still be living in her parents house if it wasn't for her stealing her moms money for her drug addiction.
"weh de yuu say?" Jesse asked. You could tell he was drunk, he couldn't even talk with out speaking gibberish.
He tried getting up but kept toppling over.
"I'm sick of this!" She yelled, sitting on a filthy chair.
She took a sip of his beer bottle as Jesse wobbled to the bathroom. You could tell he was puking. Probably a hangover, she thought.
She got up and walked over to the phone and dialed her moms cell.
"Hello?"
"Mom its me... Can I come back home?" Jesse came over and walked up and grabbed the phone from her then hung it up. He put his arms around her waist.
"Get away from me, you creep," Lucy said as she pulled away.
He just laughed and pulled her back.
"Let me go."
This time he let her walk away and he looked at her with a angry expression.
"I told you not to use the f***ing phone, Lucy!" he yelled at her, she flinched. "I don't have money like I used to!"
"Maybe if you quit your drinking and got a job, maybe you would!" she snapped. He walked up and pushed her to the ground, smacking her with a beer bottle.
She got up and ran for the door but he stood in her way.
"Let me go!" she sobbed. He pushed her till she fell to the ground again, then he left. She got up and ran outside.
She ran, pressed the button for the elevator rapidly.
"Cmon.." she screamed. The elevator's doors opened and she walked in and pressed the main floor button. While waiting, she felt her back where Jesse hit her with the beer bottle. She looked at her hands, blood covered the tips of her fingers.
She screamed even louder and started kicking the elevator's doors, which ended up having a small dent in it. They finally opened and she stummbled out of the elevator. She leaned against the wall as she pulled out a used injection needle. She just couldn't face reality anymore. She dosed herself and started limping towards the gate. She looked like a total lunatic. Her hair was filled with grease and knots. She had dirt on her skin, her eyes were bloodshot red, her teeth were rotting and yellow, and she was anorexic. She just turned 16 on May 14th. And about Jesse, well that was a different story. She'd met him at a nightclub when they were both drunk, which is when Lucy's mom had kicked her out. She had no where to go but Jesse's and she still hasn't got anywhere in life. Reality was a dream, and thats where she was. Lucy sat on the bench outside the court yard. She glanced around barely knowing whats happening. Where will she get the money for her next drug dose? and the next? and the next? and the next? And so on. A cop walked up to her.
"Excuse me, lady, but aren't you supposed to be at home? It's 12:30 AM." he said, glancing up at the tall apartment building.
"I don't live there," she said, yawning.
"Well I'll drive you home," he said grabbing her arm and pulling her up.
"No!" She screamed and ran. She tripped and fell then smacked her head on the pavement. All she could see is lights flashing and the sound of a siren far away. She lay there motionless, her breathing shallow. The cop saw the blood that was soaking through her filthy gray T-shirt. He lifted it up and saw the cut.

"Baby... please wake up, please," her mother pleaded, holding her daughters hand.
Lucy opened her eyes. She glanced around to see her moms worried face, along with her dad with his arms crossed, and her older brother. Lucy tried to talk but nothing would come out. She looked up at the hoses and antibiotic bags that were hanging from the metal post. She just realised she was in the hospital, wearing some sort of mask around her mouth... something that had air blowing out of it. She glanced up one more time, this time seeing the green chart showing her heartbeat rate. She was on life support.
"W-w-w-wh," she sighed and tried to talk again.
"Wh-wh-ha-tt, Ha-hh-happ-, happ, e-nn-d?" She managed to ask.
"You passed out, honey," Her mom sighed
"You over dosed that piece of sh*t," Lucy's brother's voice filled with anger. The doctor came in and asked if he could talk to them alone.
"I have some very bad news," the doctor held his last few words in.
"I'm afraid she only has a 20 percent chance of making it through the night."
Lucy heard her mom burst into tears.
"WHY?! WHY DID THIS HAVE TO HAPPEN?!" She screamed, sobbing, and disturbing the other hospital patients. She fell to the floor, her head in her hands.
Lucy's brother, Jay walked back over and sat beside Lucy, gripping her hand tightly as tears started to well up in his eyes. She didn't bother talking, so she tried to reach for a pad of paper and a pen. Her hand was shaking. She managed to write 'Wheres jesse?' Lucy handed it to her brother, expecting a reply.
"Hes at the apartment still," he said as he walked away and out of the emergency room.
She was alone. She heard her mom and dad shuffle out of the room, following Jay.
A nurse walked into the room, along with a few doctors.
"We're going to stitch that cut on your back, Lucy," the nurse said while replacing the mask with a different mask that made her pass out. She woke up a hour later, something itching at her back. She felt for it. It was the stitches. A guy was sitting beside her bed, it came into view that it was Jesse. He smiled and held up a needle. It had clear acid in it.
"W-w-h," Lucy sputtered. Jesse injected the acid into the small hose that connected to her wrist. He waited until the acid dropped down into the injection part. They heard shuffling noises outside the room. He dashed for a hiding spot and left. By the time Lucy's mom, dad and brother came back into the room. Lucy was dead.

(Okay! How was that for a begining?)

Sorry couldn't fit all of it! shock its over 10,000 characters.

And only half way there...

.:Chapter one:.

"How would you like to change your lifestyle?" a news reporter on TV asked.
19 year old, Suzanna Hitching stood, glaring at her husband on TV. Her germanshepherd puppy, puddles barked at her.
"What is it puds?" she asked, walking towards the back door. The puppy ran, slipsliding around on the wooden floor. Suzanna groaned as she could feel life growing inside of her, she was pregnate with a baby who was due in a few days. She opened the door as she felt the cool evening air tingle along her arms.
"Hurry up," she said as Puddles barreld outside and ran down the stairs. She sat on the top step, watching the puppy playfully walk on the grass and look at the bugs. He did his business and walked inside. She came in after him, shut the door, turned the TV off and went upstairs, Puddles trailing behind her.
She walked into her room, and sat on her bed. She got changed into a cozy gown. She pulled the covers over her, cuddling up against Daniel, her husband. She pulled Puddles up who made himself comfy at the end of the bed.
Daniel wraped his arm over her waist and rested his head on shoulder. They were asleep within minutes.
~*~*~*~*~*~

The next morning Susanna was rushed to the hospital early in the morning because she was going into labor. They didn't know if the baby was a boy or a girl -yet. The couple both preferred a girl anyhow, a boy would be okay too. Sometimes, though, boys are harder to pottytrain, Susanna thought to herself as she was put in her hospital bed in the northern labor room.
She pulled a BOP magazine off the portable table.
Paris Hilton in jail again. Hah as if thats new. The woman needs to get a life, honestly.
"Hows it coming along?" The nurse asked as she gave her a barf bag. She just groaned.
"Well, I'm here if you need anything," she said as she walked away.
Susanna flipped to a page. It read 'slips, trips, and other silly situations' someone had put in a article that read:
"I had to switch schools halfway through the year because my family moved. I was really nervous my first day, especially because I was a freshman in highschool. Things were actually going well until after lunch. I got the rooms mixed and confused then ended up in a senior chemistry class! I was trying to make a quiet exit when the teacher had his back turned, but i tripped over a backpack and fell into a table, knocking a bunch of glass beakers and test tubes on the floor! Of course everyone looked and the teacher stood over me while I cleaned it up, making me feel like a bigger idiot! - Jen, NY."
Another article titled 'singing squirm'
" I just got home from school and went up to my room to listen to my new Ashlee Simpson CD. I was right in the middle of singing L.O.V.E when my brother's cute friend walked in on me to ask a question. He started laughing and picked up my hairbrush and started mimicing me! I was so embarassed I shut off my CD player and locked myself in the bathroom. I wanted to die!- Sydney, Oklahoma."
Hah. Back when I was in highschool... OH god. I would fall for boys left and right. They'd ask me out, then the next day they act like I didn't even exist! Confusing, I'd say.
"Hey sexy mama," Dan said as he came into the room. Fortunatley, there was one that remembered me.
Hours flew by as the couple chatted and discussed the Babys name. Suze had finally given birth to her baby. It was girl, like they hoped for. The nurse handed them the baby's birth cirtificate.

Baby's Name: Lucy Hitching
Mothers Name: Susanna Hitching
Room #: 8
Date of birth: May 14th
Birth weight: 7 lbs
Doctors name: Dr. Colling

.:Chapter 2:.
"Mom! Can I puh-lease go to the movie theater with-"
"No, you can't, definetly not until you clean up your room!" Susanna cut her off.
Luzy groaned.
'But it's not fair!' I wanted to whine as I walked upstairs and into my room. The only thing visble was my silver laptop, which beeped. Oh great. Hottie Hart Dunst, was messaging me.

Mediator62: So U allowed to go with me tomorrow?
Diamondz: Ummm... I think so.
Mediator62: Okay brb.
Diamondz: Is your sis still driving us back?
Diamondsz: Ok
Mediator62: I thought we were coming back ourselfs?
Diamondz: I think mum will flip.
Mediator62: Try and pursway her... I'll see you tomorrow! mwah.
He signed off before I could say anything. I sat there, staring at the screen. Mwah?! pursway her?! I glanced around at my room; clothes were scattered on the floor, hanging out of my wardrobe, and my sheets were hanging off the bed. My older brother, Jay walked into the room.
"Its about time you cleaned up this pig stye. I bet if your boyfriend saw it he'd be gone before you could make it to homerun" he teased.
"Get out of my room" I snapped, picking up clothes and throwing it at him, who closed my door so I'd miss.
I swung it open and shoved him out of the way.
"God I was just kidding," he said as I walked downstairs to get my laundry basket.
I ignored him and started on my room. Hours past, I still wasn't done. It was soon 9:00 at night, and I was almost done.
"MOM!" I yelled.
"What?" She asked, standing in the door way.
"Oh, sorry, I thought you were in your office. I'm done my room," I said, glancing at her, hoping it would be enough.
"You wouldn't have to do it if you'd just keep it clean," she pointed out as the phone rang.
"So can I go tomorrow?" I asked slyly.
"Yes. Hold on a min, Lu." She said as she picked up the phone.
"What?!" she sputtered as tears welled up in her eyes.
Jay came into the room, I glanced at him.
"What happened?" He asked. I shrugged.
She finally hung up the phone.
"Your father's in the hospital, hes uncoucious. The doctors figure someone shot him," Suze sobbed.
"Someone shot him?" Jay echoed.
"Someone shot dad," I confirmed as I ran into my room and slammed the door. I grabbed my cell phone and started shuffling stuff around on my desk looking for Hart's number.
"We're going to the hospital Lu, so get ready," Mom sniffled as she walked past the door way.
I fumbled with my mini phonebook and dialed his number.
"hello?"
"Um, is Hart there?"
"Not right now, hes with a girl at the theater"
"What?! I mean, 'kay I'll call him on his cell," I hung up.
'hes with a girl a the theater'?!
The fact bristled at the edge of my mind. But I thought he was going out with me. I thought we were together. Well thats just fine, Hart Dunst. Just fine. Your going to get nothing but a cold shoulder from me. I put a red hoodie on and grabbed my Ipod and cell and walked out of my room.
"When are we leaving?" I asked.
"Right now," Mum said and walked down the stairs, Skye, our new dog (Puddles had passed away when I was younger) trailing behind her.
Soon we were in the car, watching the city lights fly by. We stopped at a intersection waiting for the light to turn green as I glanced ahead to see police car lights flashing and two cars that collided together. Paramedics were rushing a injured man into a ambulance as police handcuffed a woman.
We arrvied at the hospital a halfhour later, took the elevator up to the 12th floor and went into section B under intensive care. There was a old woman in a wheelchair that wheeled by as we walked into the little space dad was in. His skin was pale and his eyes were only half open. There was a antibiotic bag hanging from the metal post and there was a large window, over looking the city miles away.
"Oh no." he glanced up.
"I'm just going to take a blood sample," a nurse said as she walked inbehind us.
"I'll be back in a minute," I said as I turned around and wondered out of the inclosed space and towards the doors where the elevators were, unfortunatley Jay was following me.
"Where are you going?"
"I'm making a phone call, what does it look like?" I snapped.

And Ze rest.

"I know, your just scared of blood test," he smirked.
I ignored him and went inside the elevator, closing the doors before he could come in. He could be such a idiotic jerk sometimes. And for the truth, I was scared of blood test. I hated them, well not just blood test but all shots.
The elevator's doors opened and I walked ouside, pulled out my cell and dialed Hart's number.
"Hello?" A girl's voice answered at the end.
"Who are you?" I demanded.
"Jessica" she said simply.
"Well thats nice, is Hart there?" I snapped
"Just a minute,"
"Uh, hey!" He giggled into the phone, that stupid pregnant dog laughing in the background.
"Hart?" I asked
"Lucy?" he asked, this time more serious.
"I called to tell you I can't go tomorrow, my dads in the hospital,"
"oh"
"Whos she?!" I demanded, tears running down my cheek.
"A friend, are you okay?"
"Oh no, I called your house and your mom tells me your at the theater with a girl. Oh yeah, I'm just fine, just fine. Where are you now?" I said sarcasticly.
"Noo, it's not what it looks like, Lucy" He laughed "Jessica's someone I've known since elementary school and she was suppost to go with a different friend to the theater but she couldn't make it so she asked me if I wanted to go. I'm at home now."
"But anyways, what happened?"
"Dad was coming home from work, and was shot... I dont know where I think in his leg or something," I sighed.
There was silence on the other end of the phone.
"What hospital are you at? General?"
"Yeah..." I glanced around to see Jay approaching me.
"Be there in a minute," he said and hung up.
"Who were you talking to?" He demanded
"Nobody I--"
"Oh, him," He said, finally cluing in. "Well, the doctor says their going to send dad upto the hospital in toronto, since they did more test to find out his lungs aren't working right." Jay continued.
"What?!" I dropped to the floor, my head in my hands. I felt a cold hand on my shoulder, and glanced up to see Hart, who held out his hand to pull me up. I walked over to the black leather sofa on the right, his hand in mine while Jay knew better to go back upstairs. He looked deeply into my eyes, which were red and puffy from crying.
"Is he okay?"
"I dont know," I sniffled "he-- their sending him to a better hospital in Toronto. They did some test and they found out his lungs aren't working right."
"Do you know who shot him?" He asked.
"No- I- Dad described him as a tall, blonde haired- well built, young guy"
"Oh, do you mind if I stay at your place for the night? I mean so I can see you before you leave to go?"
"I guess so, if its cool with mum" I said, edging towards the elevator. Soon we were in the hall way leading to dad's bed. I moved the curtain surrounding the area and saw a empty bed.
"Where-"
"Lucy, over here," I heard my mom call from the other side of the hallway.
"Wheres dad?" I asked
"Their sending him to the other hospital I said" Jay said, as if I was dumb.
There was a nurse blabbing with mum who said dad had a severe infection in his lungs. Almost like bronchitis. But that wasn't the main concern. What was, is the bullet that they removed had chipped his leg bone badly. He'd have to go for surgery to fix the bone and
since dad was being flew to Toronto, we went home and mum allowed Hart to stay for the night, which surprised me, since she barely even knew him. We were in my room watching 'The Note book' and munching on popcorn. I'd had a small glass of wine, I just had to since the bottle was there.
"I'm soo tired," I yawned.
"No problem. You can go to bed." He offered like it was his room.
"That'd be nice." I said, stifling another yawn.
"Sleep tight, babe." He said as he pulled the covers over me. I smilied. The wine had made me feel even sleepier. He leaned over and kissed me. It felt good. I wasn't surprised when he stroked my face and kissed me again. Then the hands moved down and, well, the kissing got a bit hot.

I'm gonna add the rest later. shock

I agree with those who said the ending was rushed..

...and have I overlooked something, but did they dont say in previous book as well as the beginning of this books that Tonk's father, Ted, was a MUGGLE...????

...but right afterwards when Harry flew to his house, Ted healed Harry's wounds and broken bones. How could he have done this if he was a muggle? Thoughts on this anyone?

Also, I don't know if any of you have by any chance read the 3 HP fan fictions written by a woman named Barb...but if you have, did you notice how insanely similar her fan fics were to this last book?

Pretty much the same people died in the same parts, the same big things in this book happen in her fics, the camping thing was in there too...it was just a lot of stuff and it kind of ruined this last book for me because I felt as if i had already read it before...thoughts on this too..

Here is a link to the fics by barb http://www.fanfiction.net/u/70312/
