Hello Mr. Redcaped, I haven't seen you post here in a while now.
I don't pull my hair out, I go and get hair cuts... it hurts me when I pull my hair and pulling too much of ones own hair would cause bleeding. Of course that depends on how much hair you pull at one time. If your talking about pulling one hair at a time, then that would take a really long time to do and your basically wasting time. I would recommend that you just take hair cuts.
And can I ask you something? Have you ever tried seeking counseling? Or are you in counseling already?
