do we have answers to the questions? last time I was heard about them we didnt...If its the questions I think it is...2 and 5...then theyre good and Im fine with using them...ok people since theres really nothing we can do with the questions at the moment besides vote on them and same with the potion...we need to work on the theroy...so if you have any idea on it what-so-ever pm it to me or frodo_dude...even if it doesnt make much sense it might lead to another idea thats better than anything we already have...so please in your spare time be thinking about it...

I have a theory...Its not very good, im not very good at these things so please dont chop of my head for trying. Here we go:
Dumbledore wont let Snape have the DADA position because as we all know Snape was once a Death Eater. We realize this in Book 4 when Snape shows his Dark-Mark to Fudge. Now, Dumbledore obviously trusts Snape enough to teach and be alone with children everyday and he is a member of the Order so this leads us to believe that he is somehow spying for Voldemort. He mentions in book 5 that Occlumency can shut down emotions, such as lies, so that the dark lord cannot percieve them. And Lupin stated that Snape was a very good occlumest so perhaps this is how Snape is spying on the death eaters and reporting back to the Order without Voldemort having the faintest clue. Now here are two reasons why after all this Dumbledore still wont let Snape have the position of DADA Teacher.
1.) Surely the Minister of Magic himself would know that Snape was once a Death Eater. Perhaps Fudge has something over Dumbledore (cause we all know he has pulled something like it before) restricting him making Snape a DADA Teacher because of Snape's former ties. We all know Fudge was a bit...er...paranoid of Dumbledore in book 5.
2.)Voldemort has spies everywhere, obviously. Perhaps Dumbledore believes that if he-who-must-not-be-named finds out that Snape is teaching DEFENSE against the Dark Arts (Snape could possibly drop his guard while Voldemort was reading him) Snape's life would be in danger and the Order would be revealed endangering everybody within it. Of course there is already a danger within teching potions but Snape could much better cover that up that covering up teaching students defense against the very thing Voldemort is trying to do.
