CLARIFICATION
Just to clairify things with the judging, each house knows that they will be submitting a total of 3 scores right??? You aren't judging your own house but the other 3. The point of the Head Judge is to oversee the entire Judging Procedure. Member of each house are scoring the other 3 houses and PMing their scores to the Head Judge.
For example, say that Elondra was the Head Judge for Ravenclaw. That means once Orlando's Angel scored the other 3 houses, he would PM his scores to Elondra. Phoenix Wing, Peanut, Exa and the rest of the Ravenclaw's would have sent their scores to Elondra as well. Elondra could then compare all of the Ravenclaw's scores.
If Phoenix Wing gave the Slytherin's a 5 for originality and the rest of the Ravenclaw's gave the Slytherin's a 7, 8, or 9, then Elondra could talk to the Ravenclaws and say, "Most of you gave them a higher score so I think that we should all settle on giving the Slythein's a 7 or 8. Does everyone agree?"
And then she would do that for each category for the other 3 houses. Once the Entire House has settled on the scores for the other 3 houses, then Elondra would PM the FINAL SCORES to me. In her case being Ravneclaw, she would send me 1 score for Gryffindor, 1 of Huffelpuff and 1 for Slytherin.
Does this make sense? Once your house is done with the judging, The Head Judge should PM me the Final Scores.

the reason why i like it that way is because it would be what the majority thinks is right and a single person wouldn't be able to influence the score out of favouritism (let's say phoenix wing really dislikes slytherin or some of the members of that house 😄)
the reason why i don't like it that way is because it would overrule phoenix wing's opinion completely. do you know what i mean?
hope i made sense. i also don't know how you guys have been doing that in the past. the average score would be if, for example 7 gryffindor's vote you add all 7 scores together and then divide it by 7 (and do that for each category). but i guess that would be a whole lot of work. i just wanted to point out that in your example that would mean phoenix wing wouldn't get a say on that category at all cause no one else agreed with her.
anyway, i would be fine with judging them the way you just explained. it would resemble the opinion of the majority of each house......

But say if this example did happen, Elondra would ask if this was okay with everyone. If Phoenix Wing had a problem, then Phoenix would discuss it, maybe even give the reason that she gave them a low score.
Communication is key with the Judging. In the pasts, we've had 1 or 2 people from each house Judge, while the rest did nothing. With this method, everyone is getting involved.

2. after all of them got posted someone (ladyslytherin or rogue i think) posted a thread about how to grade them. you will judge each category (up to 10 points each depending on how well you think they did)
3. PM those scores to the huffelpuff prefect or whoever takes care of that. you find that out in your house

yeah, you're right. i didn't think about that we'ld be discussing the scoring with each other. it's best and easiest that way 👆
