well, first things first, I don't consider myself goodlooking at all and I seriously doubt I'll ever will be. That being said, I have observed quite a lot of times how a girl (mostly them anyways) can get special treatments from people (including other girls) cause they are considered goodlooking. It's therefor impossible to say the problem doesn't exist. Further, if they can get these things due to their looks, it's only a small step to getting a job cause of it (the classic story of the goodlooking secretary). As long as there is no wave to stop it and it is down to a single person, it will never stop and the best you can do then is to join in...

You can tell, if for example a manager is totally leering at your cleavage, then it was based on looks, or if the interview is very brief and you didn't cover anything but you still get the job, it's your looks.
