I did, I own it. Go to a nuclear reactor and see what one looks like. As close as Godzilla's heart is to one, it isn't one literally. Because it's primary function is to pump blood around his body and sustain his life. It's primary function isn't that of a nuclear reactor. Are battery chickens actual batteries? No.

Aside from the natural properties of a functioning heart, Godzilla's heart is actually a fission reactor. This was stated in the movie.

It is one. Aside from the obvious fact that his heart naturally pumps blood around his body, in addition his heart also does exactly what a nuclear reactor does.

Completely missing my point. It does what a nuclear reactor does, yes. Godzilla's heart acts as a nuclear reactor. That's all it does. It ACTS as one.

If Hulk gets a hold on Godzilla's tail (which wouldn't be too hard,) he could swing him Super Mario 64 style, and release, sending him into orbit.

Yeah, I suppose he would have to be a little heavier than 1/2 a ton to do that. Regardless, Hulk wins with his superior strength, smaller size, greater speed, manuverability, and intellegence. He could punch holes in Godzilla. Every time Godzilla kneels over to grab Hulk, he catches a Gamma charged uppercut to the chin.
