It wasn't a 100 milion. It was a 150 billion. Banner-Hulk had leverage, but still.
Anyway, I'm not gonna say that he beats Godzilla. But he can easily hold his own against him, when he's prepared for him. A sudden stomping, however, may do him in. I don't know, the Hulk has fought giant creatures before, but not THAT giant.

Not To Mention... Godzilla Didn't seem to have too many problems within the Marvel Universe anyway, since he fought the Avengers. They couldn't stop him... but I've seen them stop the Hulk.

Pretty much every Godzilla wins. GFW smacks him into orbit, Meltdown blows him into bits, Heisie steps on him, 2000 and MxG blows him away, GMK does the same, Showa outpunches him, Cartoon(1998) rips through his skin, and Marvel flicks him away like Thor. The others win as well.
Back to the topic at hand i dont think hulk has any chace at all in this fight against the true jade giant yes the hulk could lift and even move godzilla but do you have any idea how long it would take him to get that angry? we're talking mindless hulk with every telepath on earth feeding him hateful thoughts he just wont power up in time he'ld get flattend like when gog swatted him

Godzilla's ALWAYS super pissed. So whether or not Hulk is at full rage, Godzilla's power will be too powerful.
Just using logic, (smirking):
1. Godzilla fell into a vocanic fissure at the bottom of the ocean, travelled through the earths super heated crust, miles below the ground, and fought his way back up until he came out of a vocano.
Can anybody guess how much a continental plate weighs? How much pressure and heat is under there?
It is a lot more than a mountain. And, as I have said before, that Hulk/Mountain feat should be ignored. It makes no sense. He would have sunk right into the mountain, because rock and dirt cannot support it's own weight of 150 billion tons. The mountain would have had to have been on a giant adamantium dinner plate!
Anyway. At the same time, Godziall has also show that as his anger increases, he gets stronger.
His beams become more powerful.
He even has spontaneously evolved new powers.
He has resisted a black hole. His cells have even survived being in a black hole, and have regenerated, creating an entirely new Godzilla.
One blast from him vaporized a planetoid, leaving no debris.
He has grown back from his skeletal remains. Immortality?
So, come on. He is basically a 300 ft version of Hulk(stronger when angry)+Radioactive Man/X-Ray/Torch(radioactive, ability to blast)+Wendigo(supernatural monster)+Wolverine(healing ability), and whomever else you think of that has the ability to create a radioactive pulse/sheild capable of dismembering King Ghidorah, and mangling space titanium.

SuperNova has some valid points.Both Hulk and Godzilla could "knock each other into space".....I've seen Iron Man KO the Hulk.Why not Godzilla? I can see Godzilla taking 6/10....There is a super hero out of Japan that could hold his own with the "older" Godzillas (not Godzilla 2000). His name is Ultra Man.
