there is one button which is the effects button you press that and then all the keys change to a load of different things.. laughing, mooing, barking, footsteps, coughing etc...

I taught myself by ear..
but I'm no good with both hands.. my left hand just wont play what I want it to 😂

I've never tried to teach myself guitar.. even though my sis has one.
