yes probably, although i´m always reading about magneto having the ability to crate mental shields against thelepats, but yes xavier has already enter his mind.

Magneto's helmet prevents telepaths from reading his mind, but if he was caught off guard, its possible(but then again, Magneto never has his guard down)
