hard core/melodic

The new metal and new hard core/melodic genera bending band of today barrow elements from the past this much I know. I would rather listen to the underground bands of today then the poppy metal pussy bands of yesterday. Let me know what you think and tell me some of your favorite melodicore bands of to day (like poison the well and from autumn to ashes)
P.S. I am in no way insulting the band of the 80’s; music builds on it self so with out them you wouldn’t have the good bands of today.

Hey I just saw that your from Brooklyn park and well I'm from Minneapolis....ummm...the point? I dunno?

A couple months ago there was this concert here called "Bloodstains Across Eugene" featuring various area punk bands

Fortunately, I didn't go. Why is that a good thing, you ask? Because a couple kids supposedly got meningitis from being in the mosh pit. 🙁
