I have to disagree, the first one could be classed as awesome but the second one (annhialation i think) was so low class - I thought it was one of those rip off pornos to begin with!

I doubt they will be releasing anymore, tis been a while since I last seen a Mortal Kombat movie released.

The first movie was awesome, the second was not. But the tv series totally sucked. 😘

i think it would be cool to have a new mortal kombat film cos you could have some wicked effects

Yeah, but a film which just relies on effects is empty.

For example, The Core.

Also MK2 is the worst film ever!

if they were going to make a new one they would have a long time ago

You never know what they have planned...

Maybe they will learn their lesson and make a great film.

I love mortal kombat, but I wouldnt want to see another movie of it because they dont know how to do it right. Yes the first one was incredible, but argh... the fight scenes? they were so un-tournament like. The 'finishers' were lame. If they do make a new mortal kombat movies, get a director who is a huge fan of the series. Until then I'd rather not see another nonsensical botch of a great video game. Mind you I'm referring to mortal kombat 1 , 2 and deadly alliance, not 3 (all the inbetweens like the platform games, 4, etc) cuz those were horrific. hehe

Make a superb MK movie hollywood~!

If they do then bring back Bridgette Wilson, please!!

Well with all the games turned movies that are poping up it wouldnt surprise me.

To let you all know the new movie has all the old characters returning and the actors, Even the orginal Johnny Cage. The story is all about a loop hole that the "bad guys" found and Raydon gets everyone back together (and brings johnny back to life) to end it once and for all.

They had better stick real close to the games. I mean even if they gotta put energy bars to help them realize it gotta stick with the game then so be it. I couldnt bare to see another MK:Annihilation movie..... *shudder*

oh, and Yuen Wo Ping better do the choreography lol... I hate badly acted fight scenes 😠

I thought the first one was alright. The second one was your typical sequel though.
