Punisher with infinite amount of prep still loses. Bombs or bullets can do no damage to GR. Maybe Angel-Punisher could beat Ghost Rider, but it still leans toward GR.

Ghost rider takes this pretty easily if he wants.

It was from an off-shoot of Punisher Volume 2 called Pergatory, and their was also a mini-arc co-starring Wolverine called Revelation. Technically it is canon, because the Punisher himself mentions it in volume 3 (the beginning of the Ennis run).
