Another character to die!
"Harry Potter" author J.K. Rowling said Friday that one of her characters will not survive the next book in her series about the young wizard.Asked on her official Web site whether she planned to kill off any more characters, Rowling replied, "Yes, sorry." But she refused to identify that character.
The sixth book in the series, "Harry Potter And The Half-Blood Prince," is due to be published next year.
Potter himself is safe, at least for now.
Rowling has previously said her teenage hero will survive until the seventh and final book in the series, but has refused to say whether he will reach adulthood.
"You have to wait and see whether he survives to be a grown-up," Rowling said in August.
The 39-year-old author keeps the plots of her novels tightly under wraps, teasing fans with morsels of information.
Before the publication of her last installment, "Harry Potter and The Order Of The Phoenix," she said a major character would die. Readers had to wait until the book appeared last year to discover the victim was Harry's mentor, Sirius Black.

I'm not surprised, with the way OOTP ended, it's pretty much time for war.
Who do you think it's going to be and do you think they'll be more then one death?
OK. I'll start to heat things up a bit. Or i'll try anyway.
In my book worst case senario is that sirius dies. We have already hit the bottom of the bottle so things aren't gonna get any worse than this.
Ron and Hermione are out of the question. Dumbledore is not dying in book 6. Maybe in book 7. Snape to (OH GOD PLEASE NOT SNAPE!!) is not gonna die and I say that with confidence. Mr. and Mrs. Weasley, Fred, George, Ginny, Bill, Charlie aren't going to die either. Percy might though. Hagrid might be next. So might Minerva but small chance. Loopin is also out of the question but Moody is right out there like a sitting duck. He might get killed protecting Harry as an advanced gaurd. Definatly, a Hogwarts student is gonna get it. Personally, i hope Cho fries. That's all I can think of for now.
Oh right!
It could be possible, but highly unlikely.
He's like the main character, and she's got to leave a gap incase she want to makes more books about "adult life". - So far I've heard she's not going to.
It's likely that one of the weasly might die (Most likely mr or Mrs Weasly).
Dumbledore is a high possibility too, and so is McGonagall. I double she's going to let Snape die, or Malfoy unfortunately....
This just gets too far-fetched!
