Help me with this movie title

i saw a disturbing movie last night. it is about a girl with a messed up eye. she cant find a good friend, so she decides to build one. she finds various individuals and takes her fave body parts, then builds her own best friend.

Doesn't sound like something I've seen before. Have you tried the TV/Cable Guide?

the one where she sticks the scalpel in her eye at the end, right? then the last scene is her "friends" hand moving?
