Dude, if every movie company sued all the webstes that illegally use images, then the whole internet would be shut down, they wont even bother warning us on the matter. As far as the buisiness with these members being banned, i dont know the members, or the details which lead to their being banned, so i wont say anything.

yeah they aint copyright illegal use of images and so one thats why mines is safe.yeah yers maybe u should see a doc abt gettin that stick removed and ive been talking to members on msn about them gettin abuse through pm's and why didnt anyone stop the abuse casey was gettin thats not really fair is it

holdenhsvgtsr you have a point the explanation was well week to say the least!. but you have to realize that a)kmc has rules and b)that shouting at people will get you know where . it will just cause people to argue and will make wot was once a haven of happyness in to hell on earth and i couldnt stand that

Holden threatened to pass on informatios of KMC allowing the use of copyrighted images in signiatures.
And I was simply pointint out that these fdays, it is so widely used, that movie companies ignore it (Unless its extremely serious). Peopeple are using these signiatures and images in a Fanatic way, and they hardly ever use them in a demeaning way, so no legal action will be taken.

Abuse should be reported to Moderators, and if no action is taken, report it to other moderators. Alligations are always investigated. But if you take the law in to your own hands, no good weill ever come of it. But like I said, I dont know what happened, so my statemments sjhould not be taken offensively.
