Err, sorry, just to be clear here-

Intentionally, action was not taken against Casey for the White Lady/Spookey switch, after the matter was dealt with quietly. Referring to that incident is therefore of no value.

Phoenix Chii was banned for a very specific reason. The rules against spamming had been made clear on many occasions, but she spammed to a board anyway in her sig, in direct contravention of clearly posted rules. I'm sorry, but after previous leeway was allowed to her, that's not on. it would have been unfair to keep giving her an exception.

So that is why she is banned- further argument, therefore, serves no purpose.
