Help out the Cowboy with Argento!

I watched a movie a few weeks back, good stuff, I am positive it was an Argento film but I cant recall the name. In the opening scene we get a brutal murder of a girl in a field, the movie revolves around solving the murder and in the end the killer is the priest and throws himself from a tower. I was trying to recomend it to a friend but I just cant recall the Title. Help me out.

I think the film you're referring to isn't Argento but Lucio Fulci's DON'T TORTURE A DUCKING. And yeah, really good stuff!

The priest doesn't throw himself from a tower in the ending of "Don't Torture a Duckling" he falls down from a rock.
