What is the best Dean Koontz book you have read

My favorite is Intensity.

My Personal favorite is By the light of the moon

I have not read that one yet. Right now I am reading "The Bad Place".
A friend actually gave Light of Moon to me as a present. Just have to get some time in to read it.

I used to read a lot of Koontz' books when I was younger, but then I kind of got fed up with his obsessionn with macabre sexuality and twisted religion. He seems like a guy who needs his books to get all that's ever been repressed out in the open, and it's not pretty.

My best is Twilight Eyes

My worst is most definetly Mr. Murder I kinda lost intrest in Konntz there coz that book was sooooo horrible!!

What didn't you like about Mr. murder? Did Koontz make a change from previous books?

The Face is my second choice.

Yes he did albeit somewhat prematurely. Instaed of the gothic and macabre style of writin' you're used to he goes all technical and wishywashy. Koontz trying to elaborate a government conspiracy was just waaaaay off for me!!
The book is a total waste and like the fine lady earlier pointed you'll get the porno repressed sexual feel in here.

If you wanna have respect for Koontz I suggest you stay away from that damn book! Because of it I aint picked a Koontz book in a while...

I liked Strangers, By the Light of the Moon and From the Corner of His Eye, but I never finished reading Dark Rivers of the Heart. I haven't read Mr. Murder, but it sounds like it may be the same - a confusing government conspiracy! I got fed up and confused.

The sex thing in that damned book was highly overdone and real gross coming from the antagonists fantasies.

three of my fave koontz books are Watchers, Dark Rivers of the HEart and Dragon Tears. I'm currently reading By the light of the moon, and so far, enjoying it.
