Close Encounters of the third kind

saw this for the first time the other day - great film.

One of my all time faves. "It's better than goofy golf"

This movie came out the same year as Star wars - A new hope...and if wasn't for the die hard Science Fiction fans out there...this movie might have flopped...therefore having Spielberg make a flop

But luckily enough this didn't happen.

Close Encounters happens to be my all time favorite film. I am glad to see others that enjoy it as well.

This was my favorite film when I was young, barely beating out Star Wars.

I really like this movie, the story, and everything. I like it because is one of those movies where aliens are good... and came to the earth to be friends with humans, not to attack them. I like the end, when Roy (Richard Dreyfuss) leaves everything to go with the aliens, great!! Besides, everybody thought he was going crazy.
Great, great movies, is one of my favorites

This is one of my most favorite Sci-Fi movies ever! I love the theory of

Spoiler:
using music to communicate with the aliens.
great classic!

I had that song stuck on my head for weeks 😖

Me to 😖
