Prolly cuz they are afraid of the unknown, something they can't explain.
I can walk in my church and feel Gods present so strong in there. I know he's everywhere w/you, but there, the power is just so strong. it's awesome.

well...i didn't really know...i was mad at my brother and i went in my room with my sister and said aloud: "i wish i could make somthing fall"
and as soon as i said that my black light flew across the room and hit my sister...now i can make plates shake and glasses i don't fully understand why i have been given this gift but i figure i have to use it if i have it...of course my parents think i am crazy but my brother has been there when it's happened...most times i can turn water on or make somthing slitely move..i am learning to become much more stronger with it and everything so i hope i will get better

hmm Where do you think these powers are coming from? I do believe stuff like that happens, so i'm not making fun of you. Im curious as to where YOU think the pwr is coming from.

YEP . @Princess: did some one in your family had similar capabilities? Try to research your fam tree, say some 7-9 generation backwards

i rember sleep my friends house a coupe of years ago ... and she cant sleep with ne lites on ... were as i am unable to sleep in pitch blak rooms which meant i was awake for most of the nite ... but at bout 2/3 oclock i was just lying in bed when the room went unnatrually cold .... for bout ten minutes it was like this and when i heard a noise over my friends bed whih made me think she was awake but we i turned to look she wasnt moving and the was like a hazey cloud at the foot of her bed ... ( that was creepy)

The human mind is just as capable of producing pictures in your head when you are awake as well as when you are asleep.

The ones that see the most ghosts are usually the ones that are bi-polar and who hear voices too but anyone who is in a partial-awake mode can possible see ghosts. Some are more adept at this than others.
