What leatherface is saying is hard is the conditioning for wrestling. I Mean not only do you have to learn moves to do in wrestling but u have t ift weights constantly while trying not to gain weight running everyday and doing other such physical activities that make you tired and hungry and when ur 150 pounds and u wrestle at 152 pounds and u work out as hard as wrestlers do you cant eat when and what you want because you cant gain weight. So try working out, running, and wrestling all the while trying not to gain to much weight. now that is very very hard.
MY friend oscar was a big time wrestler and he would get to school at 5 am run on the track for two hours then go into school get ready for school go to school till 315 then have wrestling practice till 6 30 every night. I give wrestlers lots of credit in there sport.
