I love their new song and I've been a fan for ages, obviously they had to tone it down a bit, but you also have to remember that they are just arriving back on their scene. Their new song and video are awesome, it's a good song and you have to admit that. I doubt the rest of their songs will be like this, I think they are just giving us a taste and are also getting a feel of how it is to be back doing their thing. ^_^

Indeed they do, and I liek them for it.

Linkin Park can write a catchy chorus but that's as far as it goes. Never has the saying "Seen one, seen 'em all" been more appropriate than when talking about Linkin Park.

Linkin Park are awesome! I like almost all of their songs, and the new stuff is great. "Given Up" is going to give the new album an "Explicit Content" sticker, though.

Meh. While I may not know much about them individually, I do have the CD for one of their albums though 😎 (Hybrid Theory). Pretty much songs if you ask me, even if they are overrated...

Genre, type, and effects really shouldn't matter when describing a band. What really matters should be singing ability, which, LP excels at.

Dude how the **** can you "move on" from a band? I can understand a kid that stops listening to The Wiggles but why Linkin Park? They're a good band. Oh, and having songs with some meaning doesn't make you emo. Don't know if anyone said that here but alot of people label Crawling as an emo song which it's not.

Yup I like that song too.

I like their songs. They can't do happy songs, yet they don't seem emo.
I can see where "all their songs sound the same" comes from.
Well duh, if I like one song, and the others sound alike, I'm going to like them too.

MtM was pretty good, I don't know why it gets so much hate. It wasn't as good as HT or Meteora, but those albums were phenomenol, it's hard to beat them.
