I was reluctant to see it, but my sister rented it so I finally got around to seeing it, and although EXTREMELY cliche, a lot of the jokes were actually pretty good. I give serious props to all the SNL alumni who made cameos and who had a hand in writing it.
but could we please cast actresses/actors who are actually HIGH school age next time? god! that is so annoying! shannon doherty is what like 30?

Leather....I don't care what you do or don't see. But I friggen hate people who talk about things they know nothing about. "I haven't even seen the movie, but it's good!" Gawd, you make me angry. There is no word to descirbe your type of people who are so close-minded to objections and negativity about a subject. I hope you die pruning your roses in your perfect society. Good gravy, wake up and take of the colored glasses.
Wow, HAHA.
You sure are right. Maybe I should die because I give my opinion.
PSHT. SIKE.
No, but seriously.
Since that last post I've seen the movie at least 40 times.
And know all the words to it.
I was happy when it did give a good message at the end.
Despite the cheesy laughs and crude remarks.
This movie is the only movie that can make me laugh.
P.S. Rosebloom:
I understand your fustration.
I get the same way.
I just don't understand why anyone would get mad over a movie like that. HAHA.
I guess I should rent this. The oddest of people I know say they actually liked this movie. To me, watching the previews and even looking at the cover, it looks like garbage.
A bit of a conversation I had with a friend:
"Have you seen Mean Girls?"
"No, that's on my 'movies to see' list right after The Perfect Man!"
"Shut up!"
