rumours surrounding changes of the trilogy dvd
as many of you might now or heard there have been a lot of rumours surrounding the DvD changes of the SW trilogy these are the rumours that have been floating around but please rember i dont confirm these rumours 😕
Jabba will be improved in ANH.
Imperial March will be featured in ANH.
The Han and Greedo scene will be "improved"
Ian Mcdiarmid will be put into ESB.
Naboo will be shown during the closing montage of Planet's celebrating in ROTJ.
and perhaps the most shocking rumour is that Hayden Christenson will be put into the ghost line-up, at the end of ROTJ. He will look like he does in Episode III, and it will be a VERY, VERY important point that goes into Episode III. Bizzarly, he will still wear the clothes Sebastian Shaw wore, for this scene, though.
this is what have been said by san sweet during a interview he is a very relaible source ,
"When asked if the forthcoming DVDs would feature the original theatrical release versions of the trilogy or the Special Editions, Sansweet answered that the films contained on the discs would be the incarnations of the films 'as George Lucas sees them today.'"
(you could say their will be some changes eventually)
this is a pic of the ghost line up featuring hayden in ROTJ (but yet again i cant confirm or deny these changes and i cant confirm if this pic is real i probably think its fake you decide 4 yourselfs) i only can confirm there will be eventually some changes but its 2 early 2 tell wich changes there will be
Btw people i will try 2 find out in a day or 2 if these pic is reall but its very likely it isnt real these are the arguments of why it might be a fake pic,The right side of his robe is green, the left brown.
There's a bunch of lines on the left that do not appear to be folds in his robe or part of the background showing through him. Even Obi and Yoda aren't that transparent.
There appears to be completely different lighting on Obi-Wan than on Yoda and Anakin.
To date, we have not seen Anakin wearing those robes....

It is an interesting photograph. There is a very small part of me that would like to see something like this, but that part isn't big enough to overpower the part of me that says "Leave well enough alone!".
I think fooling with past works of art is foolish. Lucas should never have re-released the original trilogy with the updated effects. I can very happily watch the old right along with the new without blinking an eye, old effects and all.
I'm just happy I have the OT on good old 12 inch laserdisc to enjoy whenever I want. 🙂
