The Dark Tavern

Tela glared at the fact he thought it was funny. SHe blushed slightly from embarrassment.

"Ahhh..." said Vash as he stoped laughing.

"What?" Tela asked. The wind whipped her long hair around.

"Nothing" answered Vash before plucking some broken feathers from his wings.

Tela winced slightly. No matter what, as an elf, it was inbredded into her nature by race to love everything nature involved. Vash's wings reminded her of a bird's wings and brought back one of her saddest childhood memories that probably added with a few other factors made her the assassine she had been.

After brushing off his wings, Vash looked at Tela. "You ok?" asked Vash. As an Ark Angel, if Vash would loose atleast one wing, to him, it would be like a human lost two hands and two feet.

Tela blinked coming back to the present. "Yes, um, I'll be fine."

Vash nodded. "So are we going to get out of here or what? I bet theres a town nearby..." he said.

Tela nodded. "We are on our way out of here, other than that, I don't know. Where are Yue and Sakura and Cyke."

"Yue and Sakura huh... I bet their having some "Privet Time" " teased Vash.

jak came to a destroyed stone wall and walked through the remains there was destroyed buildings everywhere along with lots of graves he walked over to 4 graves and put flowers on them he then went to the center building and biggest out of all them though it was half destroyed it was still beautiful he came to a room it was a shrine there was a small monument in the middle with five crowns going around it there was also lit candles. jak kneeled down and started praying he then picked up one ring that was in a crown (not actually made in the crown just in the middle) he had a flashback of when he was around 20 then put the ring back

Tela laughed softly. "Is that all you ever think about."

"After thinking of chasing the monkey on the tree sticking out his tounge at me... Yeah"

Tela laughed softly.

Vash laughed softly as well before sitting down on a log.

"So, m'lady, as it were, forgive me if this is too much of a sensitive subject, but I wonder if you might know any of them elves they say live in these woods? Perhaps they could, say, help us find our way back where we came from?"

Tela nodded. "Yes, I know quite a few that live here." she told theomer. "My fiancee and I use to live here."

"no need to ask for directions" jak said walking through trees to where tela , vash and theomer were

Tela looked at Jak. Well that was some of their company.

"now let's get moving we have quite aways to travel" jak said
