The Dark Tavern

Vash crouched again to examine some kind of hoove marks. "Nightmare riders..." muttered Vash. "Its like Dark Nights riding on Black HOrses..." said Vash. He heared galloping... The galloping was heard louder and louder... "And their coming..." added Vash.

Tela spun followed by Yue. They both look wildly. Tela's sensistive elven hearing picking it up easily.

"but why? for who?" Yue whispered.

"The Land Of The Dead, is like their own country, they kill anyone who does not belong in it" sais Vash as he gets into an attacking possision just in time, as five black knights on black horses gallop, and stop right in front of everybody. "This place is forhibben! And you know it! So we shall slay you!" they said all together.

Tela rolled her eyes. "If you insist."

Yue chuckled.

"Dont underestimate Nightmare Riders... Never... They are dark souls, inside the most experienced Knights body, on creatures created by the Dark Lord himself..." said Vash to Tela.

Tela laughed coldly. "You can not kill one who is already considered dead."

"Which makes them so hard to defeat!" said Vash chuckling. The five Nightmare RIders galloped toward them at amazing speed. Vash crouched when one came close to him, and sliced of one of the horse's heads, making the Nightmare Rider fall down, but he soon got up.

Tela following Vash's lead chopping the knight coming towards her steed's at thee knees.

Once all of the Nightmare Rider's were on feet Vash stode up, and twirled his sword "Lets get it on!" said Vash as he started running at one Nightmare Rider.

Tela rolled her eyes and started fighting her knight. She knew Yue was helping Sakura. Stupid angel protector will end up dead because of his bleeding heart.

Vash came closer to Tela, since Yue was helping Sakura, so Vash figured he'll protect Tela. Vash blocked another hit from his knight, ducked, and made a cut on its legs, making little damage.

Tela was taking the defensive mostly and seemed to be enjoying it too.

Sakura shouted suddenly. "Yue, watch out!" a knight rose its sword from behind Yue. She pointed her staff and fire shot out, holding the knight off.

Vash blocked more hits. "Heh! THis is fun!" shouted Vash to Tela.

Sakura jumped up, over the head of one knight, landed behind it, and mist flew out, freezing the knight in place. She walked up to it and kicked it. It shattered.

Vash looked at Tela "Tela! Behind you!" shouted Vash. Vash took out some kind of a very sharp looking fang, and threw it at the Knight behind Tela, making it turn into dust.

Another knight staggered up behind Sakura. She was busy with a horse (it was now attempting to hit her with its hooves) so she didnt see it untill it was a foot from her. It brought its ax down hard and she screamed.

It was fortunate for her that the ax missed her, but it had lightly grazed her shoulder, so that had began bleeding. She jumped away from it.

Yue bega to attack the knight that had hurt Sakura.

Tela laughed. "You know it!" she told Vash.

Vash chuckeled softly, well they did have something in common with Tela... The love to fight, the courage, and stuff like that. Vash striked one Knight, making a cut on his left arm.

Sakura kept fighting. "Wait..." she stood back and point the staff at two knights. Suddenly clouds formed in the sky. Lightning shot down and struck them both. They slumped to the ground. Her shoulder was really beginning to hurt by now.
