Vash looked around. Everybody had left him, him alone with the dead Gryffin. A tear ran down his cheek before he stode up and looked away.

Ryo corssed his arms. "Whats wrong with you,"

Sakura stood. "Are you alright Vash?"

"Look. You now a horse or a dog? Well in your race you wlil have a dog. In mine's you will have Gryffin. That's why this means so much. Nevermind anyway." said Vash.

A horse? Sakura loved horses. She frowned. "Then...maybe you should bring it back, Vash." she said. Ryo, however, didnt get the concept.

Vash quickly brought the gryffin back to live, it stode up and gently rubbed its head against Vash's shoulder.

Tela nodded. "Yes, I have, but it's okay." she says. "Promise not to hate me" she balls her fist and pulls back stopping and waiting for his answer.

Sakura smiled at it. Gryffin's seemed more beautiful when they were tame. Sakura didnt approach it, though. Tame it may be, she didnt want it to get anxious and attack her or anyone else.

Vash felt dead. Souless, heartless. He always felt like that when he used to use to use his light powers. He knew talking with Tela would help. Vash began to look for Tela, leaving the gryffin tied to the tree.

"I wish things were that easy" said Vash putting a hand on Rand's shoulder.. He looked over at Tela.

Tela arched an eyebrow. "ANd what exactly does that mean?" she taunted.

Vash laughed softly. He felt his spirit come back a little, but he knew he had to feed on a soul sooner or later.

"You okay?" Tela asks.
