The Dark Tavern

Vash thought he could go and see if Turi was alright. Vash looked around for him.

Turi came out of the bathroom wiping his hands dry on a paper towel. "Hello, melon, WHat is wrong?"

"I'm not sure. Tatiyanna went to talk to Tela" answered Vash.

Turi sighed. "Oh dear elebareth, what are we going to do?" he groans seeing Tela practically fly out of the bathroom.

"Hey? WHats wrong?" asked Vash as he saw Tela.

Tela just shook her head. "I want to get back to Sakura and Yue."

"But what happened?" asked Vash, now more seriously and in a straight voice.

"Nothing." Tela says. "But we have accomplished what we came for, have we not?"

"Ergh...Yeah." answered Vash nodding.

Tela grabbed his hand before practically dragging him out. Tears forming in her eyes.

"Tela, can you just tell me what happened? Are you crying? You're crying! Whats wrong?"

Tela shook her head. "No, I'm not." SHe lied wiped at her eyes.

"Yes you are. You know, fine. If you don't want to tell me, then don't" said Vash sighing, he began walking toward Sakura and Yue.

"I had them killed." Tela says. "I Was sent to kill her too but a vampire named Cassius got to her first."

"Look, it isn't your fault!" said Vash.

"Vash, I chose to kill them!" Tela says.

"But wasn't it Esgal?"

Tela shook her head. "Happened before Esgal went um, what would the humans call it, psycho?"

"Than why did you try to kill her?" asked Vash.

"I just did. I was payed. It was my job."
