Cosmic Beings (Marvel)

i just wanted to get some information. does anybody know how many times LT has shown himself in comics? anybody have issue numbers/names? also this occured to me. it was once stated that galactus was the most powerful *BEING* in marvel. i tend to agree with that. let me explain. people like LT, eternity, infinity, can manifest themselves physically, but they are not permanently in a physical body. galactus is. so isn't he technically the most powerful being, that has to stay in a physical body permanently? just a thought. but anybody care to discuss cosmic beings, and where/when they appeared, here's the place to do it. i would also like to pick up the comics where kronos beating galactus, and phoenix beating galactus happen. anybody have an issue number for me?

oh i forgot, magneto vs. phoenix........ when/what comic did this happen?

well, JLA/Avengers is the comic where Kronos destroys Galactus, but they dont show the fight.

If Galacticus is supposedly the strongest or most powerful Marvel character....then why is he regularly thwarted by the Fantastic Four?

His major weakness is his constant need for energy. He grows weaker and weaker without devouring planets and their life force.

You can see LT and almost all of the Cosmic Beings if you pick up the Infinity Guantlet series of comics. They are excellent!

There is prob. a cosmic being outside the Universe, taking it around, showing it off. Thus universal rotation. When we rely on Beings like Eternity and infinity as our source of what is, we limit ourselves to their expanse. These beings are no greater than an ant, that is one reason they cannot harm us anymore than who or what we are. These beings would love to have more people condemend to their bleak all power level, where they are immobilized and have not a thing to do. Sure it sounds cool to be in a higher position, untill you realize that you have to be responsible and work or you fall into stagnation.
They achieve their posts by being lazy and Stagnent, and once so, they can no longer generate the force nessassry to self actualize or have an effect.
There is no someone who will reempower these folks, that's a myth. The same as they seek others of their kind to join them, they have chosen their own "luxurious" path. When they are no longer convient to themselves they will cease, leaving their own to finish impossibly.
Still they are attractive creatures, but not truly any real power. I guess they struck a pose they could hold. Sorta like they tried to do to Christ by nailing Him to a cross.

galactus has raw power that literally dwarfs the fantastic four. in the past he was "thwarted" by his own device. he SHOULD be able to wipe the floor with the fantastic four. but anyway, i already have the infinity guantlet series............

If the FF didnt occasioanlly wipe the floor with people who dwarf their own raw power then they wouldnt be interesting, that is why they r the most formidable group of people in the marvel universe

but they still don't have the raw power that galactus does........

nor does any earthling or any single person in their galaxy

e doesnt stay in a physical ody, he mentioned this when invisible woman blasted a force field through his chest after he killed her brother and ben grim....it is simply an appearance he chooses to manifest.....Dark Phoenix or molecule man are probably the strongest people in the category ur talkin bout

but phoenix isn't a body either. he she simply is a force. they can possess or manifest physically. but do not stay that way.

Dark Phoenix, the classic x-men character who was represented by a clone of jean grey....who possesed the phoenix force....the phoeinx force is a non living intenty who is appparently as old as galctus himself maybe....dark phoenix however is a deranged mortal who posseses this power

possessed the phoenix force. without the phoenix force she would have been merely a clone............... the phoenix force inhabited a body.
