Problem Solving-> Starvation

This is my second thread, so lets have a SEXY PARTY!!!

I heard this on a Comedy Show, but I thought it was funny, and true, and sad all at the same time.

Have you seen those commercials with those poor, starving children in the "3rd World Countries?" It costs less then a dollar a day to provide them with food, clean water, medicine, and so on.

And then, followed by that, you get a XXX Sex line where it costs $5.00 a minute to talk dirty to a member of the opposite sex.

What we need to do is convice the starving children to talk dirty to us. It would work.

This is a post to bring this back up to the top of the forum. Nothing in particular, just nobody has come here yet, and that makes me sad.

well, if they cant afford food or water, then how are they meant to be able to afford a telephone, or a bank account???

it is just sick, why not just have to goverment place like a 1$ a minut tax on those numbers and give that money to help those kids

But, to answer your question, because how does that benifit the goverment? They fail to see how giving money away is rewarding. Helping out is, in turn, its own reward. Greed is just a human trait.

I dunno about you mate, but the belgian government gives away millions to ppl in need each year, still not enough IMO
and well I dont even have enough money as it is but I do give about 25 $ a month to various charity organisations
